ABOUT US AND OUR VINEYARD
We moved to Wyches Farm and planted 5,200 vines in 2016 on an ideal, free draining, gently sloping site by our home; the terroir of flinty clay over chalk and the wonderful microclimate here are just perfect for us to be hands on all year round.
We nurture the vines, with plenty of exposure to the sun and limited interference,
resulting in beautifully ripened grapes and high yielding vines.
With 3 grape varieties: Chardonnay, Bacchus, and Pinot Noir, we are able to produce fine still Red, White and Rose Wines and a fabulous Blanc de Blancs English Sparkling Wine.

PINOT NOIR RED WINE 2021
A delicate and silky cool climate Pinot Noir. Smoky red fruits and warm spice on the nose with strawberry and cherry on the palate. Ideal with red meats, poultry, or cheese, or just on its own.

BACCHUS DRY WHITE WINE 2022
This complex Bacchus marries elderflower and gooseberry with savoury notes of white pepper and citrus undertones. Ideal on its own, or to accompany fish, game, chicken, or cheese (similar to a Sauvignon Blanc).

Our award winning Single Vineyard English Sparkling Wine is a Blanc de Blancs ,made purely from our Chardonnay grapes we harvested with friends in 2021. Perfect for a special occasion, as a delicious aperitif, or to accompany seafood, poultry, or cheese.
